Great experience Excellent experience! Traveled here for business, arriving late in the evening. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Hatem went above and beyond attending to our table at breakfast. He took time to explain all of the dishes and his recommendations. He also took time to explain the local area and attractions. Extremely kind and provided exceptional service

Amazing experience Amazing experience from start to finish. Wonderful staff and very polite from the moment we got welcomed into the hotel. Staff are very friendly and act very fast upon responses. Service is quick and rooms are spotless. Would 10000% recommend and choose this hotel again and again. Also special thanks to Hatem and Mohir for their service throughout our breakfast 🙂

Trip to Qatar living at The Waldorf Astoria Location was really good , walking distance to the mall. Room was very spacious and lots of space for clothes as there was a walking wardrobe. We were half board and the best meal I enjoyed was the breakfast. Lots of variety and the staff were very helpful especially Mumtaz, Kudzai , Anita and Mohe From day one they told us and showed us the whole buffet After that we were made so comfortable that it was an privilege to go for breakfast. The only negative thing I felt was and I am comparing this to other hotels I’ve stayed in different countries was even with half board I was given the same menu as others and could choose what I wanted and if needed pay an additional charge. Here I felt that people with half board were secluded and that made me feel uncomfortable. Plus not enough variation for dinner Overall staff were very good in Yun especially May who took time out to speak to us and made us feel comfortable. Also I want to say Foysal who serviced our room done an excellent job and made sure we had everything we needed.
