Verified Best staff Exceptional experience,the best staff At lobby lounge Buena We had a wonderful time at the Lobby. The dessert dates pudding was top-notch, but what really elevated our visit was the outstanding hospitality. A special shoutout to Buena she attentive, and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. Buena Exceptional service like theirs is hard to find. We'll definitely be back soon! Thanks

Verified The best of best I had a wonderful experience at The St. Regis Marsa Arabia Island, The Pearl Qatar. The property is absolutely beautiful, elegant, very clean, and perfectly maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, and the views are truly stunning. It is definitely a place I would love to visit again and again. We also stopped by the coffee shop for coffee and dessert, and everything was lovely. The date pudding was absolutely delicious and definitely one of my favorites! A special thank you to IREM at the coffee shop. She was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and professional. She made our coffee and dessert experience even more enjoyable with he r warm attitude and excellent service. She was very helpful with our order and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you, IREM, for the lovely service and hospitality. It is always the small details and kind interactions that make an experience even more memorable. Overall, a beautiful place with an amazing atmosphere, breathtaking views, delicious desserts, and wonderful service. I will definitely be coming back many more times!

Verified First trip to Qatar This is my first time visiting Qatar, and I’m currently here with my family. We initially stayed at Rixos Qetaifan, mainly because of Meryal Waterpark and the all-inclusive access. We then decided to move to The St. Regis Marsa Arabia — and I have to say, everything here has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was welcoming, attentive, and very accommodating to our family’s needs. The facilities are amazing, our two-bedroom suite is spectacular, and there are plenty of swimming pools that are perfect for families. I especially want to thank the lifeguard team, particularly Mr. Rohan, Sahan, and Asthantha. They were genuinely a pleasure to be around — always smiling, friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything we needed. What really made our stay memorable was how wonderful they were with my son "Yahya". They even spent time teaching him how to swim! He was incredibly happy and excited, and as a parent, seeing that made the experience even more special for us. A huge thank you to the entire team at The St. Regis Marsa Arabia, for making our family stay so enjoyable and memorable.

Verified Best stay Rabah is one of the best people we delt with. Very respectful very helpful and super friendly, also taqi is super helpful super respectful. The management is very lucky to have these people on board also not forgetting eman from the back office and the team in the reception. Verified Luxury at St Regis Marsa Arabia Doha Having been in the property for a few days now, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and service, and the rooms are beautiful. All the team are so warm and welcoming. I’ve had breakfast the last few days at the Lobby Lounge and had the privilege of being looked after by Irem. She has been an absolute delight and a nice way to start the mornings. Thank you Irem!
