Fantastic experience We recently had a wonderful 30 hour stay and it was absolute perfection from the moment we arrived. The staff, notably Ms Maisha Rafa, are so friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, Ms Maisha had noted we were having a night without our kids so kindly arranged a quiet room for maximum chance to catch up on the many hours of lost sleep! We had dinner in Kaia which was delicious and breakfast is up there with some of the best I've had. We can't wait for our next visit!!

Exceptional design and service We stayed two nights in the Medium Palace View room number 316. As in the name, the room has a great view of the hotel forecourt towards the Palace and side view of the waterfront. The room has a mid century retro style which is very well designed with the usual mod cons. Bathroom especially the shower is super spacious with Cowshed toiletries. The bed and mattress is very comfortable and we had two great night sleep. The most important thing is the room temperature is superbly cold and it’s very rare in hotel. I tend to sleep better in cold room and this is perfect for me. The overall hotel design aesthetic has the cool retro vibe as well. Breakfast is very good with wide selection from the Ala carte menu. There are plenty of seating space around the ground floor to work. The gym on the fourth floor is very well equipped with complimentary use of the sauna and steam room in the changing room. Location wise, it couldn’t be fault as it’s near to every major attraction in Doha. The hotel is in a modernist masterpiece building that has been refurbished to a tee for the hotel. Lastly, all the staff service has been great especially the front desk staff. They are very friendly and welcoming and special mention to Maisha to being so helpful and genuinely warm. The Ned is very lucky to have a staff member like her. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha and wanting an oasis of cool and calm in the city.
