Exceptional Hospitality and a Truly Memorable Stay at Rixos ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at Rixos Hotel We have had a truly wonderful and pleasant stay at Rixos Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, hospitality, and professionalism of the staff have been exceptional. Everyone has been friendly, courteous, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is always refreshing to experience such a high level of service and attention to detail. A very special shout-out to Byron, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Byron has gone above and beyond to ensure that we are comfortable and well taken care of. His attentiveness, warmth, and willingness to assist have made a significant difference to our experience. He is a real asset to the Rixos team and deserves special recognition. Overall, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to sincerely thank the entire Rixos team for making our experience such a memorable one. WOW Honestly, I don’t know who to thank first! I had an amazing stay. The hospitality and service were excellent, and everyone made me feel very welcome. Special thanks to the amazing man Anthony in Farmhouse, Also the excellent service with the great man Jordan in Mr. Tailor steakhouse, Putra Farmhouse, and thanks to Hakeem at the pool for their amazing service. And a very special thank you to Sonia Front Office, who took care of my entire stay and made everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Truly appreciated! ♥️ I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect — the beautiful hotel, excellent service, delicious food and amazing atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. A special thank you to Sultanbek from Farmhouse Restaurant. He was extremely kind, attentive and professional. He treated us so well, always made sure we were comfortable and was genuinely helpful throughout our meals. His warm and friendly attitude made our experience even more special. Heerlijk verblijf met goede service De ontvangst door Amalya was heel fijn en zorgde voor een goede start van het verblijf. De kamer was ruim, netjes en met uitzicht op zee en de stad. Dagelijks bij het buffet met een warm welkom ontvangen door Anthony met een praatje en een lach. Het buffet was uitstekend, heerlijk eten en goede bediening. Zowel voor het ontbijt, lunch en diner erg van genoten. Langs het zwembad genoten van de fantastische service van Hakeem. Altijd vrolijk en in voor een grap, maakt een goeie smoothie en altijd behulpzaam. De twee zwembaden zijn heerlijk verfrissend, zelfs met 45 graden buiten. Heel fijn, want het zeewater was zo'n 30 graden.. Tijdens ons verblijf twee keer gegeten bij het steakhouse Mr. Taylor. Heerlijke coquilles en tenderloin de eerste avond en de tweede avond de Waldorf salade, slow cooked ribs en de vis van de dag. Goede sfeer en een goede service gehad van Jordan. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf gehad, echt een aanrader! Bedankt Sonya voor alle goede zorgen tijdens ons verblijf.

Rixos and Anton made our day Anton the manager is the most sweetest sweetest man ever. He is good at entertaining, always at the top of customers needs even before we need it. Very friendly. Our day is made by him first and then the food. Also the food is great. Choixes are amazing and so is taste. Ambience and service is fast.

A Wonderful Family Stay at Rixos We recently spent 2 nights at Rixos for our Nanny's birthday, and what a memorable experience it was! 🥰 This was actually my **second experience at Rixos, and I’m so glad I decided to give it another chance. My first stay two years ago unfortunately wasn’t a pleasant one, so I was a little hesitant to return. I’m very happy to say that this experience completely changed my perspective. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Akeem, Anton, Bella and Nazaria, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. Their kindness, attentiveness and lovely personalities really stood out and made us and the children feel so well looked after. Celebrating our Nanny’s birthday there made the trip even more special, and the resort was a great place to enjoy quality family time without having to worry about anything. It’s refreshing when staff genuinely make you feel welcomed and valued, and these four certainly did that for us. Thank you, Rixos, for giving us an experience that has definitely restored our faith in the resort. We’ll be back! ❤️.
