Training venue appreciation I would like to thank the team for a seamless coordination of a business event I had. The Voltaire room was well lit, spacious and ambient. The set up was well done and arranged. The team were super helpful and ready to assist me anytime I needed their support. The food was well done and the buffet had a good variety mixing both international and local cuisine. I would like to give a special thank you to Akash and Suhaib for the tremendous support they accorded me during the event.

Great Experience It was a very wonderful experience, from the beautiful ambiance to the excellent service of the staff. We especially loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of choices. All the staff were very accommodating and welcoming. A special thank you to Shahid and Lumaima for providing us with such excellent service and making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate your hospitality and look forward to coming back again!

Outstanding Service & Great Facilities – A Wonderful Staycation! We stayed here for a weekend staycation, and the hospitality we received was truly outstanding. The property features some of the best indoor and outdoor swimming pools, with the indoor pool located on the 43rd floor offering a spectacular view. ​What really set this experience apart was the exceptional staff, who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcome. A special shoutout goes to Ishtiaq at the front desk. During our check-in, we had an issue with our booking dates, but Ishtiaq handled it with absolute warmth, patience, and professionalism. He completely took the stress out of the situation and went out of his way to ensure we got the best room and facilities possible. It is dedicated team members like him who define top-tier hospitality! ​One area for improvement, however, involves the bathroom design. Our room featured a shower inside the bathtub; while getting in is fine, getting out requires extreme caution because the step is quite steep. We had our elderly parents with us, and this became a significant safety concern for them. It would be highly beneficial for the hotel to address this safety aspect to better accommodate older guests. ​Overall, a wonderful stay made even better by a fantastic team!

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make our day special. A huge, special thank you to ISHTIAQ at the reception desk—he truly made our entire experience perfect! He personally managed our check-in, sorted everything out for us seamlessly, and made sure our day was unforgettable. Thanks to his amazing hospitality, we received a fantastic room upgrade. The new room was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed. The dining was another major highlight of our trip. Both the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet were absolutely excellent, offering a fantastic variety of delicious food. Every single staff member we encountered was highly professional, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. We will definitely be back
