Doesn't much the world of Hyatt experience at all The check-in process was slow, and there were no face or hand towels provided. When I called to request the towels, the agent I spoke with on the phone was angry and annoyed. The following day, when we were checking out, the staff promised that a manager would contact us to address the issue. However, nobody has shown any concern about it since then.

Fabulous hotel and great value I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Doha it’s a fabulous hotel and great value for money. The Staff are amazing especially Namara and Yashdeep at the front desk and Betty and Co Co in the club lounge hi took great care of me. I’m truly happy to recommend this hotel!!!

Layover great hotel Really nice and well maintained hotel, rooms were excellent. Nice pool area and in close proximity to the airport for a layover. Lunch was really nice in the Spanish restaurant however upon ordering alcohol at the pool after paying for lunch at the hotel restaurant I was made buy more food to get a drink, I felt this policy is totally unnecessary and also after returning to the pool an hour after a I left some stuff also tried to force me to buy for before serving me alcohol. This policy is not ideal if you want travellers to return to your hotel and some staff got a bit aggressive re having to buy food after only having food an hour prior, luckily one of the bar staff recognised me and all was resolved. Overall I had a positive experience apart from this and I would recommend staying here as it’s so convenient for a layover.

Comfortable experience I booked two pool-view rooms on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely presented, with a pleasant pool view. However, the two rooms were located in different sections of the hotel, with the children’s room in another wing, which was inconvenient for our family. I specifically chose the hotel on a Thursday to experience the seafood dinner buffet, but unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to low summer occupancy. We were offered a choice between Al Nafoura Lebanese Restaurant and Cellar Spanish Restaurant, and we chose Cellar, which was very good. The women’s steam room was also unavailable as it was under maintenance. We visited the pool at around 9 PM, where several children were swimming and playing. However, the screen was showing content that was not appropriate for children under 12. I would strongly recommend displaying family-friendly content whenever children are using the pool. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. However, coffee was prepared by a machine rather than by a barista, which slightly detracted from what could otherwise have been a truly five-star breakfast experience.
