Amazing I’d like to give a big shoutout to Geoffrey, the USS security guard. He’s always been really friendly, approachable and chatty, which makes such a difference. Whenever I’ve had an issue or needed any help, Geoffrey has always been there to help and sort things out. He’s professional, helpful and always has a positive attitude. Definitely a credit to USS and a great security guard!

Unforgettable stay Chose to stay here due to the iconic shape of this amazing building..as soon as you walk in the WOW factor drew us in entirely...the size and fit out of the room was completely amazing..and the value for money made even more enjoyable..however, what made our stay truly memorable was the amazing staff. Every morning at breakfast we were made to feel like family by the gorgeous staff, nothing was a problem for the knowledgeable gentlemen at the concierge desk and the delightful ladies at the dessert lounge completed the package. We leave with a heavy heart as the magical team made our stay unforgettable..we will definitely be coming back over and over again ♥️
