10/10 I would definitely recommend!!! Thanks to everyone especially the receptionists and bellmen who always smiled and helped me. Ivan & his coworkers were extremely nice & helpful. The staff overall is amazing. I’ve yet to experience anything like it!

Golden experience at Dusit 2 lunch Beautiful and quiet. Great for business meetings with lunch Staff is excellent . We noticed all members are well briefed, educated and led. Good and clean lookin and good smelling. Very caring. Thank you to the leadership too. We were walk in guests for business discussions. We‘d like to thank Omar, the noodle corner, Raeiya and all others we can’t remember all names

The phone inquiry I called Dusit D2 around 4:30 AM today to get room rates for a 4 night stay. I greeted politely and asked in a very calm tone. The male staff (Yusuf, I believe) who picked the call was unprofessional. After greeting him politely and asking for rates, he responded with, “Where are you calling from? You didn’t even introduce yourself, who you are , where you calling” ..this was completely unexpected from a guest relations... I asked if that was necessary just to get rates, and he replied, “I’m confused… you’re saying you want to know room rates… blah !blah !blah!" ( I hope the calls are recorded) I had to stop him and remind him that he was speaking to a guest and that professionalism is part of his role and never to use "blah blah blah "???? I repeated my inquiry calmly exactly the way i spoke to him, after which he apologized and told me to call back after 9:00 AM as he has long queue. I also had to remind him that he is in hospitality industry and suggest to go through his training notes on customer service. What a disappointing experience straight away to a guest who has not even step into your hotel.

Great dining experience Had buffet lunch with family and friends and it was a blast. Great food and friendly service most specially Ms. Flordelize and all team members. They are very warm and accomodating. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience We had a great celebration in the Flame restaurant. My husband really had a blast in his birthday. The whole family enjoyed all the food choices and the service that we received from the crew esp. from Ms. Sheila and Ms. Hnin was superb. They addressed warmly and promptly all our needs.
